Well just to let everyone know I am still about I have managed three runs since graduation and losing my mum in the hospice.
Tonight I totally managed the 5k in under 30 mins so pleased. It was coming but tonight confirmed it. Started Strava after warm up and stopped it before the warm down and measured just the running. So pleased.
