So I’ve just smashed week 8 run 1 after a week full of cold! But I bloody did it! I have been doing my c2k5 on the treadmill but as I’m getting more confident I’m thinking about venturing outside. I’m a bit scared tho where will I run to?! Shall I go round a park? Any advise will be appreciated! Thanks

Well done you... take it gently if you are a bit under the weather... The route outside... maybe suss one out which you like the look of and the head out, steady and slow!
Me too! I’m on wk7r3 next and I’m both terrified of, and dying to get outside, but I know I can do the treadmill and it’s safe now 😂.
Well done, I’ve always run outside, just back from the 25 min run in pouring rain, actually quite nice😂 I would recommend flat route and well lit, I keep to main roads as like to listen to music but stay safe, parks sometimes not well lit. Ok during the days obvs.
