Yeah! So happy my Fitbit finally realised I was actually running (even though it’s probably slower than a walk lol) and not doing a walk or an aerobic exercise! Week 3 run 1. I can’t believe my 3 kids (ages 9, 11 & 12) managed to complete it!! We have decided have more rest days in between but are committed to do this!
