Congratulations Mrc759 on starting C25K, you ask 'Where do I start'? answer:at the beginning run 1 of week 1, just take all the runs slowly and keep ridgidly to the program, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, good luck.

Easy, one foot then the other 😂

Just follow the podcast. If it is too hard, just walk it, then two days later try to run half the given time. Then When you are more confident you will be able to do it. It is truly amazing. You want to do it so you are halfway there. Congratulations and good luck

Agree with previous posts - try this - I ran for years then stopped for personal reasons for 2 years - just started again and this programme is fab!

Remember, you can do this solo, like so many of us, or you can seek out a local running club and ask if they do C25K groups. I've seen some of these locally, and the club 'escorts' are very good - they understand how hard some people find it. Whichever way you go, take it slow and steady - don't get carried away with the little word "run". Think more "jog". Follow the advice from @IannodaTruffe and trust the programme.
