Just to let you know Healthunlocked are having an internal issue with this part of the forum. This means not everyone is getting an email with the daily posts ( if you have signed up for that) They are working hard to get it sorted for us, so please be patient.

Thank you for that notification Realfoodieclub, so far to I have received 14 e-mails from Healthunlocked, I didn't realise that they had so many communities to it and C25K is only one part of a vast amount of communities that Healthunlocked has, I think there are more than 100 communities with the Healthunlocked Website. I looked at the A to Z 'all public communities' page and it varies from Action on Pain, through the alphabet to the Y's, the last one on the list is Youth Cancer Trust, it's no wonder that occasionally there are a few problems.
