Hi everyone well I went and did it! 20 mins none stop. It was outside with a little undulation. I found it exhilarating. I was joined by my Hubby which made it extra special. πŸ˜€

Well done. Looks like you got a nice place to run.

I m going to do my first 20 min run today. Little bit nervous but excited the same time. I really can't remember the last time I run for 20 min non stop.

Thank you, It's in the outskirts of Windsor. I was the same yesterday, the main thing for me was to keep a slow pace throughout. Be kind to your self you can do it, let me know how you get on 😊

Hey, I did the 20 min run πŸ€—πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ- it felt really good. The first 5 minutes felt long but after that I was loving it. So happy.

20 mins well done.πŸ‘ I've just finished W2. Did R3 twice as I just wasn't feeling it first time. Im finding the thought of running for 20 mins straight really scary😦

It's not scary if you just trust that the programme knows what it is doing....I've always disliked any form of exercise and never thought i could run even a minute, but as each week goes by and you complete each run, then you start to have faith and trust and believe that it will actually work. I find that takes the sense of apprehension away - well it has so far anyway!

Why does it go down from 20 mins to 8 mins again? I don’t get that?!!

I was great full for the short one after, they probably did it not to over run us. πŸ˜•
