I know the rest days are important but after graduating do you need to still have a rest day in between every run?

This article runnersworld.com/runners-st... recommends having a minimum of six months regular running with extra aerobic exercise on rest days before considering running on consecutive days.

I err on the side of caution and say wait a year.

I’ve been running since June and despite the draw towards dropping a rest day, I’m holding back still. I do sometimes run one day and tailwalk parkrun the next... but that rarely makes me run.
