I finally managed to do week 9 run 1! My first attempt on Monday was cut short and I believe it was because I was lacking water and food. So I went out this morning before work and smashed it. 30 full minutes of running and I did 3.6k! A few more weeks of consistent 30 minutes of running and I think I'll be able to reach that 5k before my first race.
