Got out in the drizzle after droppin kids to school.. Cant believe I did it.. thanks everyone for the motivation..

I am already worried about w1r2, but hopin for the best otherwise i will stick to w1r1 for a while to maintain my stamina 😪

Thanks for suggesting not to jog the very second day otherwise i would have collapsed.

Also, wk1R2 is the same as wk1r1 so you don't need to repeat the same run, progress onwards. I have wk6r3 tomorrow - 25 mins!! Am nervously excited. Just going to put one foot in front of the other!

No need to be scared- its 6 WHOLE weeks away. You'll have run 12 more times until then each day building your stamina.
