Good evening! A bit of a day, uncertainty in parliament but one thing I’m sure about is the completion of my last run of C25K my 27th ! Before embarking I had done zero runs, so a real result that parliament should take notice of🀣 Put out the flags πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆand sound the bells πŸ””

Massive thanks for all the support from the forum including the posts that I haven’t always responded to but have helped me along the way. πŸ’™

Brilliant!! Well done and welcome to the club. I still can't believe we are runners. Enjoy the feeling and no stopping. I ran 4 miles yesterday and feel a bit achey today but loved it. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Awesome! I think I am still suffering from running 49 mins straight at the parkrun, so was pleased I managed my final run! Onwards! Thanks for posting 😎

congratulations. You must be so proud of yourself. I am so very new to running and have only done 2 runs. Any tips to help us novices. Also what did you notice about yourself/your body as you went through each week?

Hi there, many thanks for posting. I am very pleased as 3/4 months ago I never would have imagined that I would be able to run for 30 Mins. It’s really amazing to see your own progress. How have you found it so far? I think there will always be good and not so good runs, but never ones you regret doing. I think my recovery has improved and I feel stronger physically. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but notice it when I’m gardening and out and about generally. People say I look better but not sure how!!! I don’t think I have lost weight. Use the forum and read people’s posts as it’s all useful. Good luck with the next run, take it slow and steady😎
