So so proud. My New Years resolution was to start running again. So I txted round my fiends and we now have a group of 15 runners and we have just completed W2R3. I’m so proud of my friends- We are a group of girls beteeen 40 and 55, all have full time jobs, some of us have kids. My friends are surprised that they are looking forward to our runs and progressing. we have a lovely supportive group. We try and run together but if someone can’t make it they post in our what’s app group where they find someone to go with at an alternative time.

We now have a spin off what’s app group ‘drop a dress size for summer’ for those of us who also want to loose weight. (6) This week the cumalitabe weight loss was a colossal one stone!
