Week 2


Hey everyone

Week 1 has flown by and I just started week 2 and I feel amazing. I feel happier and I feel like I’m already improving. Even better I’m already successfully loosing weight which has been something I’ve wanted to do for ages but have always struggled. I’m so motivated to get to the end of week 9 and to being able to run for a long time. I’m also going to try running in the morning before work instead of in the evenings as it could be a better way to start the day off. I’ll let you all know how it’s going.

Well done. I’ve just finished week 2 and I’m really enjoying the buzz I get after each run and I can’t wait to do the next one.

I can understand how it can be addictive as it makes you feel so much better.

Great work. If you’re switching to mornings, and as you mentioned weight loss, I was reading an article the other week that said running after 10 hours without food really boost your body’s fat burning for the day... so before breakfast may really help your other journey. Enjoy that first morning run.
