Hi everyone I’m new to running well no sorry that’s a lie I’m not new to running but I have been to lazy and made excuses to start a cluck to 5k before. Now I have stared it I have found I like it I get a buzz when I complete a run. Just wanted to say Hi to every one and hope to share my progress as I try and complete the whole 9 week program.
