For those (like me) who have been dreading moving on to Week 2, if it helps I’ve just done it and found it ok! 😊 Completely surprised myself and it seemed to go really quickly this time. My calves ache a little but think that was because I came across the only slight hill around on one of the run parts! 😬 Given me confidence for the rest of the week. We can do this!
