Starting again

Hi everyone

I'm back. Back to square one, but so be it. Had to stop several months ago due to a knee which complained a lot. Then we finally got close to selling our house and after 19 years that required a lot of attention. I made the decision not to run until it was all over. I started again on Wednesday and today did Wk 1 run 2. I have to say, it's not as bad as I remember from the first time around, but I still think it was sensible to go back to the beginning. Looking forward to regaining all the health benefits which were beginning to fade....
