I have run 3 times since graduating and have done W9R3 before, but felt a bit demotivated as I wasn’t improving or enjoying it... so today I went out without Laura and decided to just enjoy it... and that I did! I went a route I hadn’t been before and found it freeing not to have Laura telling me when every 5 minutes passed. I enjoyed the run and ran for 42 mins and ran 5k. Very pleased and now want to increase my strength and stamina. Thanks for reading!
