I dragged myself out of bed on New Years Day and went for a run. It was a good one. I was nervous as I usually go about 6am, not many people around to see me, New Years Day was at about 9amish. Strange though, I had not as much sleep and it was a good run where I picked up the speed for a few minutes where as two days previous, when I had much more sleep, I struggled, completed it but had to push myself and talk myself to keep going.
