Did the New Years day Parkrun in fabulous weather and a record of over 500 runners for the event. I think I will do Parkrun for all my remaining 4 runs although I will have to see how I recover after this one before I commit to running next Saturday. Also entered the Admiral Swansea bay 10k today which is in September so that is my long term goal for this year. Happy New year to you all
