I wanted to go out while it was dark but have had such a hectic but brilliant Christmas I was exhausted and fell back to sleep!
I am so proud of myself and all my family and friends are but I did it for me!
I will still post especially when I complete a park run.
Thank you for all your support, all my questions have been answered and there has been so much encouragement as I thought what am I doing here!
I will still be reading what is going on and hope that other people who have just started will realise if an overweight (not anymore) middle aged woman can do it with a very busy job and social life anyone can.
Thanks again everyone xx

Congratulations! Enjoy celebrating and your future running, especially those parkruns. Fitting this around life can be tricky and here you are with a busy life, with less available daylight showing everyone that it’s still doable, well done there too.
Thank you, though now I must and will keep this going. I have made a big difference to my health and attitude so will be plodding the streets for a long time x
Thank you, still love to read 'graduate'. I have completed my second run since graduating and trying to up my pace slightly. Though last night I thought I was a little mad it was very cold.
