New joiner. I’m on W2R2 on holiday in Singapore

Hi anyone,

I bought a Fitbit charge 3 at Heathrow and loaded couch to 5k ready to get into a new habit whilst on holiday.

I’m enjoying the first two weeks running in the sun but not sure how I will adapt to the cold once back in the UK.

I’m 51 and looking to lose about 3 stone.
