Finally 5k in the bag

11 months ago I started couch to 5k. I got to the stage where I was running 20 min without stopping. (Can’t remember what week it was)

I ended up having shin problems and had to take a month of. After the month off I tried again. Immediately had shin problems again and I ended up taking another 5 months off. I ended up having to do one to two run per week rather than the recommended 3 runs.

Today I completed the 5k without any pain. Better late then never.
