So I appear have slowed to a stop after some foot pain, a 2 week cold and December social season. Got to the beginning of week 9 late November which may have contributed as if I finished what would I do next?
Nearly over the cold and looking to start again but where to start? Suggestions? My last run was a slow parkrun/parkwalk 8 Dec but did nothing in the week leading up to it.

Welcome back... it’s difficult to tell really, I’d just go for a gentle slow run and see what was in the tank, the first two weeks you won’t have lost anything, so you could well surprise yourself.
