So my first long run today in 5 weeks because of my knee. Went back to week 6 and did run 1 on Monday and was going to do run 2 today but got to the 10 mins and should of stopped for the 3 min walk but knew I could go on. Managed to run for 25 mins non stop so nearly back to where I left off on W8R1. Will do another 25 min run on Monday and go back to W8R1 on the run after that. Just hope the knee holds out.
