OMG that was Amazing!! I'm Absolutely buzzing, never felt so good :-) when Laura said just five minutes to go, I think I had a major endorphine rush, and sped up! Thanks for the 'loose leg' advice - Unfitnomore I think. It makes a lot of sense :-) I think I have been focusing to much on my feet, and landing position. Just relax with it!!! No achy legs today! Thanks everyone, and keep up the good work!

Great job... now you know you can do this! Slow and steady into week 6 and you got it. It was me on the legs... I don’t sit for more than an hour, unless watching a film... and I wobble my calf muscles a lot while sitting.
