W5R3 revisited!

Found this run difficult first time around and couldn’t complete it without splitting it into two runs so I decided to repeat runs 2 and 3 and I am pleased to say that I have now run for a full 20 minutes!!! I wouldn’t say it was easy but at least it’s done and in the bag. Don’t give up! Just go back and try again and you’ll get there eventually 😁

Very well done... that’s how to beat the impossible! 20 minutes in just a few weeks... how good is that? Slow and steady into week 6 and you got this!

In the bag, done and dusted, congratulations Poppypieces on completing W5R3 of C25K, a milestone run, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃 😊.
