Hi Fellow Runners
Completed my week 6 on Monday, took a bit longer as I had an extra days rest after run 2 as I didn't feel fully recovered from that, due to the first 2 runs being harder than I expected! - I see what people mean when they talk about the hangover from the W5R3
Anyway I managed to complete the full 25 minutes, decided to take it slower than I have been in the previous weeks as I can use week 7 to build on that since it is the same running time.
Looks like I am on target to graduate Christmas week, I hope all the food doesn't push me back!
Great run... use week 7 to consolidate where you are and let the strength build... maybe push pace on the last one if you want to, but there’s no need. You should hit week 8 with that 25 being a fair bit easier. Enjoy the runs.
