Anyone just starting out and thinks they won’t be able to do it, you can. W1 after 30 sec of first run I thought I was going to die. Well....I’ve just finished w4r1 and I managed it all and would just have been able to hold a conversation. I’m 53 BMI 34 (although coming down) and really enjoying running. For now any bit of doubt I had about completing the programme has gone. I’m sooo pleased with myself. Happy running everyone 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Not run since last Thursday cause had a bit of an issue with my knees (ongoing weak spot). Got a run today though so fingers crossed!

Thank you, I really didn’t think I’d manage it all. I thought I’d have to repeat, in fact I was quite looking forward to repeating as I wouldn’t have to start w6 Christmas Day. Now though I’m chuffed to bits. When are you out running again? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Just sitting in the car after completing 3:2. I’ve been looking ahead to week 4 and even with my ropey maths I can see it almost doubles the running time. I can see several repeats coming up ! Not sure what I’ll get done over Christmas with everyone coming in about, but I’ll do my best to keep getting out there 🏃‍♀️😀

Well done! I was really scared about the 16 min running. BUT this is the point I’ve realised the programme definitely works. I’m sooo pleased with myself. You can do it 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️.
