Cant believe am nearly half way throughalready. I was massively impressed today as I did the first run of week 4 no bother. I slowed the pace down a little more but still jogged when required. I managed the whole thing though. Slight little knot feeling on the back of my leg but it loosened fairly quickly. Once I've nailed a solid run of 30 mins I'm going back outdoors agin. Really pleased though. Actually have a vuzz after that run.
