Had my run all planned out, woke up to blooming ice. So i started driving to near were I planned to run. On way over nearly lost car going side ways. Grrrr. So then started thinking treadmill in gym. Then talked myself out of it. So eneded running a wee run that I've been waiting to do with a friend. Well I'm so glad I done it. Amazing feeling. 6k in 26.10. So anyone in doubt about going out, don't, just go and do it. They are the best
