In the 1st couple weeks struggled. Hello improving as I continued. When I got to 20min continuous run, thought wouldn't be able to finish. I skipped at least a day. I did eventually ran for 26 min when I was to do 20min

Today 3rd run, week 6 I was to run 35 min continuisly.

Keeping at it makes x

Sounds like you’re doing well, but don’t get carried away and overdo things !

Well done. It’s a good feeling. But like ButterKid says, stick to the plan to avoid over doing things and risking injury. It worked for me, and I never thought I could run for any length of time! I have just graduated. Keep up the good work.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

Either you are following some other plan or you are not following the plan...........your running times do not match the NHS C25K programme. Sticking to the plan is the best way to avoid injury.

Over the years we have seen many go their own way, only to end up injured and not running at all.
