Graduated yesterday, I'm a happy woman!

First time posting but long time reader. So I have tried running in the past and always found it horrific. I decided to start couch to 5k because I turned 40 and could sadly say that I don't do any exercise whatsoever. Each run has been hard but worth it. Some days required a lot of discipline to get out there. I incorporate different paces in my runs and usually end with a sprint. Nothing beats a good sweat and release of endorphines. And yesterday I completed the couch to 5k and it feels so so good. I took it nice and easy this time and ran until I reached the 5k. It took me 33 minutes. I was beaming for the day. I can say that I now really enjoy running and those are words that still amaze me. Thanks to all those who post frequently, it has been a huge support and answered so many of my queries and questions.

Haha that's true! But I'll keep it to remind myself where I came from 😂. Thank you!

Ha ha UNfitscholar there are a few FORMER unfit people here, but they are now fit and like you have graduated and are fit and healthy.

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3. To get your graduation 🎓 badge and the word 🎓 graduate next to your username leave a message on the November graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K 🎓 🏃 😊

Congratulations... and again congrats on the 5k. Enjoy your future running adventures once you’ve finished celebrating... I mean consolidating... maybe both.
