I don't like rest days

Didn't think I would be writing that a few weeks ago but 7 and a bit weeks in I just want to do my next run which is w8r2. Before you start I know that rest days are as important as run days and thats when our muscles rebuild and get stronger etc etc but that doesnt stop me wanting to ignore my own advice, put on my trainers and get out there - its a disgrace that the NHS are promoting something this addictive :)

The b%#}%*^s! I’m the same... long brisk walks help... cycle, swim, low impact workouts... anything to get the endorphin fix, just not running. I’ve had to hide my running shoes a few times 😂

Graduate first. Be a 'hero'.

Wise words as usual Katnap. Don't worry I'm sticking to the programme, 5 runs to go. Have you graduated yet Katnap??
