Raising my trainer game 🙌

Just had my first post graduation run, in my awesome new trainers! 👟

Sooooo comfy! Definitely a treat for the feet!

Adidas ultra boost... & give me a boost they did😍

Eventful run, later in the day than I’d planned, so had to brave the dark... really must make an effort to man up about this situation, dark nights are here to stay 🙆‍♀️

My phone also messed up my app, so I just free styled (which I quite enjoyed)

... & I had loads of amazing fireworks to watch as I ran around the streets ✨🌙

All in all a good run, happy feet & pizza for tea... winning! 🙌🤩👌

Wonderful...the run sounds wonderful and I love the shoes... All mine.. road runners and trail runners are Adidas..they suite me perfectly...

I think I ate way too much pizza Dreams...

I feel like a right bloater... 🐡

BUT I did once listen to a running podcast with the Scottish mountain runner Robbie Simpson, and he said he’s had some of his best runs after eating pizza 🍕

...So it’s looking pretty good for my run tomorrow morning 🤣🤪 ...think I might go for the 5.5K did you do the 5K today? I know you did have to wing it a bit on yours 💨☝️

I went for the 2.5k interval run... I started off with a Nike run club guided one, but messed up by accidentally stopping it somehow 🙈 I ran for 20mins which I think would’ve been about right 🙌 ... I’m definitely doing the 5.5 next! 🤩🙌👌

Did have a couple of issues with Siri coming on and pausing the Nike app 😠 is that what happened to yours Dreams? It did the Siri beep thing... and paused the workout 🤬 anyway managed to get back before the rains ...Sunday morning win 👍

Thanks Sandie, I’m not keen on the dark, it’s so... dark & the streets are so uneven 🙈 I’m sure we’ll get used to it tho! 🤩

It messes with my usual route, as it’s not well lit & has a few off road wooded areas. I stuck to residential roads with street lights tonight & it was ok, there was just one small cutting I had to nip through & I flew down it like Usain Bolt 🤣👌
