Just back after doing Run 1 week 4. Found it a big step up from week 3 runs, but made it! 5 minutes is a long time, and doing it twice even longer!

I found week 4 quite complex with all the different times for walks and runs, nevertheless after three runs of week 4 you are half way through the program. I hope you are enjoying the C25K training program and will complete it in around 4 weeks time ⌚ 😊when you will graduate 🎓 😉
