Well I’ve finished and now can call myself a runner. This is brilliant and I’m so happy with myself for completing this programme. Time now to consolidate my runs for a few weeks then to build on distance.
I would like to thank you all for your inspiration and support to enable me to see myself as a runner...... something I thought I would never say. I might not of posted a lot on this forum but I’ve been reading all your posts and travelling this journey with you,

What do you mean by consolidate the runs, I've got 11 more runs until I finish the programme.
Hi Snailrunner, I just meant I will continue with 30 min runs for the next couple of weeks so my body can adjust before I go for longer runs.
