Maybe a triathlon one day... not one with Holyhead to Belfast as the swim though 😂

Well done you, won’t know till they post results in tomorrow’s tele! The 5 and 10 k went out all at once, you spent the first lock of minutes trying to get through people, it was Baltic cold, that said I think it was 30 mins

Deffo wasn’t t a sub 30, by the time you weaved through people and got into your stride a good few minutes was shelved, that said it’s only been my second 5k aside from parkrun last week, so I’m pretty chuffed I completed it without stopping!! Are ye for minnowburn on the 3rd November??

Was thinking about it but have other stuff on, looks good though. My next one I think will be MO run on 25th. Parkruns are good but I want the bling 😀 will possibly do parkrun next week though, Victoria Park a good one for PB’s pretty much all flat

Aye that’s me alright, that’s about 24 seconds of last weeks parkrun, I’ll take that!!🤪I might get it down to 30 or below in time for minnowburn, my parkrun is Wallace in Lisburn, there’s a hill heading into your first full lap of the park, you’ve to hit it 3 times then you’re on a little bit of flat! I think the 10k version today veered off and went through Victoria Park , might become a parkrun tourist and give it a wee go, you also mentioned the bling, the born to run events give the best bling!!!

Yeah did Cultra couple of weeks ago, that was tough course, I plan to do a parkrun tour, really fancy Portrush
