Back spasm gone, first run for 5 days, redoing W7R3 and...smashed it by running 32.5 mins....just felt like I could go on. So, returning to schedule of W8R1 tomorrow but psychologically I know I’m through the 30 min barrier. Have a nice day.

Well done on achieving that time of 32.5 minutes, but week 7 run 3 is supposed to be a 25 minute run, infact the last of 4/25 minute runs, nevertheless running for 32.5 is an excellent achievement, congratulations and I am so pleased that your back spasm has gone 😊
