Last night’s run was postponed after a silly day in work (a colleague’s fitbit registered over 9k!) but it was better today so off I jolly well trotted and would you believe it wasn’t the extra three minutes at the end that almost did for me, it was the first three! Boy did it hurt. I kept going at about half my usual pace (who wven knew that was possible?) and it got better and the extra bit didn’t seem too bad. Roll on half term and morning runs for W9! I didn’t expect such a sense of achievement 😁

I have to tell you I still hate the first three minutes of a run, the difference now is I know I love the bit that comes afterwards. You are doing so well. Rfc x
