Can’t believe how good that felt. Still on a high after completing today’s run. 😁
2x10 min sounded scary at the start but I just took it slow and got a good rhythm going, was able to speed up towards the end and even had enough in the tank to keep going for extra 2mins at the end. ☺️
Sad this is last run with a walking break 😢 but it’ll be good to start pushing and see how far I can go now.
