Just this minute finished this one having been advised by some on the forum that it might be tricky and it was. Probably more psychologically than physically but found the last five minutes in particular quite tough as it seemed a long time, longer than 5 minutes anyway. So decided not to look too far ahead but keep head down a bit so only could see a few steps ahead taking one step at a time so as not to think how far I had still to go. Got there in the end though so definitely chuffed and that’s another one in the bag and another decent progression on the road to decent fitness. 25 minuter I am coming for you.
