Just completed Wk5 run 3, thanks for all the advice on the aching calf muscles, the compression socks worked a treat, Wk6 starts Monday!

Pay some respect to W6. The first two runs look innocuous, but have a sting in the tail. It’s definitely the time to utilise your slow and steady rule. You’ll be fine though! 😀
