W5R3 in a body bag - call an ambulance πŸš‘πŸš‘

OMG I just ran for 20 mins πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈthat's 2.5 times longer than it takes light to reach us from the sun 🌍🌝. My body is currently telling me that it no longer wants to be part of my life and that I need to pack and get out.

That was awesome and painful in equal measures (actually 60/40 in favour of pain) and I am now officially over 50% of the way.

I might go back to week 1 next week just to laugh at myself and how i moaned that I could never do it so why bother starting.

So if you are reading this and thinking it can't be done, well I am living (just) proof that it can.

I even spent next week's doughnut money on new plimsols πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿon tuesday so this man is not for turning.

Onwards and upwards week 6 here I come (as soon as I can stand up again)

Good luck with all your runs this week πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Remember If I can do it anyone can

Too funny πŸ˜‚

Great job... enjoy week 6 if you make it though the night.

Oh and if you think you may take to trails too that needs different shoes and you don’t need the week after’s doughnuts either!!

Not buying any more shoes they're too expensive. Do you realise you can buy 690 jam (other flavours are available) doughnuts πŸ₯ž for the same money. That's enough cake to last me nearly a month

I have my gear prepared, I've downloaded new tune (Podrunner), and I have a route that I've tried on Wednesday. I am exhausted, and had a shorter nights fore few days as well as 3 days oblonger working days. But I know I am doing well with challanges when I can conquer obstacles and show myself that I am stronger than that. So, even though my will to go out and do whatever is almost nonexistent, I hope (believe?) that regardless I will go out and complete it. I have no idea where will I take strength and mental power from. Yesterday, I felt asleep on the floor in kind of child pose while waiting (<5min) for my partner to come and help me with something at home. The good news is it's Friday! I have free weekends, so only housework, chores, and computer work, and hopefully a lot of sleep.

You can do it. It's all in your head now. The hard work has already been done. Just need to push yourself. I slowed the pace down slightly

I did it the whole 20 mins slightly slower than I normally go but I did it so proud of myself and my other half that has been doing it with me thanks for all the support and encouragement x
