W6R3 I'm A RUNNER πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Whoop. Just completed run 3. With the spurt on for the last minute....get me! Definately prefer very early morning running, it's my day off today and I've got loads to do (including buying new running shoes) but my timing was awful. Loads of school kids in the way plus heavier traffic. But hey it's done and I feel fab. Now it's goodbye to those nice walking breaks and hello to the serious task of telling my legs 25 mins of non stop running is normal. Good luck to everyone running today.

Yes! Great job... obviously traffic and brats were chucked into the mix to test you some more... didn’t stop you and that’s because nothing will. Onwards

Well done. I usually do a sprint for the last minute. Feels good to change the pace but wouldn't want to risk it till the end of the run is in sight lol!

Yahoo!! Well done to you! I was hoping to be able to post a similar post tonight but hubby is out for tea with workmates (so inconsiderate πŸ˜‚) and so we'll have to go tomorrow!!

Roll on week 7 and well done again!!

Here's hoping, although not sure I will be as I've just polished off a pizza πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Haha. I had a full pizza last night!! Its the fuel of runners ;-) Made the pizza base with SR Flour and 100% Fat Free Greek Yog. It was lush

This may have some truth... I was listening to a podcast with the mountain runner Robbie Simpson and he said he’s had some of his best runs after eating pizza πŸ• he swears by them...!

Ohhh I like the sound of that base. I'm a lazy cook but keep thinking I should make my own pizzas. Well done and well done with the running!

Congratulations on getting your runner badge by the way! I’m an early morning person too it’s a great time to go outπŸ‘ sound like you’re doing brilliantly enjoy week 7!

You're a runner? Yes. Yes you are. Well done, and welcome. πŸ€— It gets better from here! New routes, new distances, but remember: it's all YOU. If you want to run Short distance, then do. Long? Then do!

As long as you enjoy it.

Thanks. I used to run a few years ago, but gave up as I wasnt really enjoying it. This time, I'm running for me. Id like to get up to 5k but I know I'm slow. Dont want to be pounding the street for hours. I know my limits lol.

Well done you! Am going for W6R2 tomorrow after funding R1 a lot easier than I was expecting after all the comments. Not getting too cocky though and will just take my time. Congrats on getting that far πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘ keep up the good work.

Great advice given by everyone else. Yes, u can now run for 30 mins, which is a fantastic achievement. I can't do 5k in 30 mins but I now feel fitter, healthier and happier than I did in April. Good luck with whatever you decide to do next
