Running in the wind and rain

So I completed Week 4 yesterday up on the hills in the wind and rain, I was soaked through to my pants, plugged into my music and grinning like a cheshire cat. The 2 dog walkers (both in full waterproofs) that I passed looked at me as if I had gone stark raving bonkers. As I finished and got home very wet but very happy, I thought to myself that I must have this running thing really badly...yeeeeeessssssss!! Bring on week 5!

I've just done my first W4 run, on the flat in beautiful evening sunshine, I am happy but I'm nowhere pandarina happy.... Loved your post 😃

Ah, Pandarina is very happy these days - it's only taken me 51 years to find an exercise I actually enjoy. I found w4r1 quite a jump from week 3, I nearly died when our Laura said to run 5 minutes only 90 seconds after running 3 minutes. I can't quite believe it goes up to 20 minutes by the end of week 5 though!
