New here so just a big Hello first!

So I've just got back from my first Couch to 5K run, my first attempt at running for over a year! Hopefully the first step to reversing my type 2 diabetes or at least coming of medication, and to bringing down my blood pressure.

Hello and pleased to hear from you. Good move starting c25k, it can only help.

Follow the plan, there's loads of advice on the forum if you need it. More support than you can shake a worn out trainer at if you need that too.

Good luck with your aims, keep posting your progress.
