The same as every other run............if you have completed the earlier runs, then you are ready for it.

You'll be fine. πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ🀘

Keep doing the snail tribute act. Stay slow, stay well hydrated, stay away from the gremlins.

You'll be fine. The program builds to make you ready for the next week.

Don't let those mind gremlins 😈 hold you back. Give them a good bashing if they appear πŸ˜ˆπŸ”¨πŸ”¨πŸ”¨

Personally I don't look ahead then I can't start talking myself out of doing it πŸ˜‚

Hopefully you've found some good comedy podcasts, focus on them and you will smash the running πŸ‘πŸ‘

Yesterday listened to Tim Vine, omg the 30mins went so quick. His daft humour is so funny.

Just got back from my first run of W3. It is a step up but I managed it. You get a long-ish walk in between the runs, which helps! Good luck with your first run!

Hello there - firstly well done you on almost completing week 2 and getting this far, hope you can feel a sense of achievement that you deserve. My advice would be try not to look ahead, whenever I did this my focus went on what was ahead - perhaps the worry or wonder of the change and it took me away from my runs and spoilt the achievement that I should have felt. If you have completed all the runs then you are ready, trust the programme and trust your body too. It really works even though you may feel at times that it won’t! Remember also that you can always repeat runs when necessary, but trust the programme and don’t look ahead too much. Well done!

Thanks. Definitely not going do any more peeking!

Don’t feel too guilty though, it’s only natural! W3 will soon be a memory to look back on with less running than you’re used to. Honest!

Hey!

I’ve just done run 1 of week 3. I felt it was a big leap too. They start writing it in minutes instead of seconds...this scared me.

The first 3 minutes I had to stop a little before she told me. However the second 3min wall I did it. I just had to slow down and try not to be too bouncy!

You’ve got this, I believe in you! X

Hey SnailRunner, looking ahead is something that I did once only and never did again. I found it made me fearful (of something that I had every capability of achieving due to what I had accomplished before πŸ˜‰). The programme is all about building up and every run means you have what it takes for the next. I admit some people prefer to know, but I decided to tackle my fears by taking every run as a new adventure. Every run, I told myself, I would just go out and see what I could do this time! 😁😍 I only looked for a few seconds curtesy of having to press start! It was all about me and MJ coaching me through every lovely step! It meant that I was truly amazed every single time I completed. Magical! Don’t worry you can do it!! πŸ’ͺ🏽 ❀️
