I went back to ballet tonight after along break of 6 months (due to illness). Normally, even just after the 6 week summer break, I huff and puff my way through it...tonight was no problem! Apart from not been able to remember anything and getting dizzy when turning (which is very standard for me!) I felt great! My legs are definitely developing muscle too. Wk5 run 1 tomorrow πββοΈππ»
