Well, week one done. Calf muscles are killing but having never exercised in my life and being North of 40 I guess that's no surprise.
Knackered by the end each time but I think there's more in the tank for the longer runs in week 2.
Really pleased with myself

Slow and steady... rest days essential and just relax into the runs.
Each one makes you stronger and as you move on, you can feel confident in knowing you are ready for each one...
Leaving something in the tank at the end of each runs is brilliant!
