First Park Run done!!!

Three months ago I couldn’t run to the end of the street and this morning I did my first 5k Park run. I kept a steady pace and didn’t stop once - so proud - just waiting for a time to be text through - to be honest the time has no relevance is was more about personal achievement and doing something for me by me!! I feel as if I could take on the world this morning! Only down side was I didn’t have Jo to push me along I missed her friendly encouragement! Lol x

Great job... parkrun is a great way of getting that run in. The time is what it is... you can beat it next time out, they track your PB for you on each course!
