Maybe I can run - W2 R2 complete

I always thought I just couldn't run. Weak ankles, gigantic tight calves, short legs......

Now I am starting to wonder if C25K might work even for me.

Reading everyone's posts is brilliant. I am even considering buying running shoes...

Thanks everyone

It works honest!! Don't give up! And buy the new shoes! Then you will have more incentive to keep running! And you might ache less..!👟👟😀

Anyone who survives day one can imho :) Only thing looking back I really wish I'd done in the programme was getting fitted up with proper running shoes much earlier than I did :)

I used to wish I hadn't "rushed" through the programme and established a more solid foundation whilst also taking all the hurry and stress over graduating (and anyway less than ten percent graduate in nine weeks with 5k) but a stint on the IC saw me starting the programme from scratch again and it did me a world of running good :)

Wishing you many happy miles in your future 😃
